Rafeeq Warfield, Founder & CEO

Rafeeq Warfield, the founder and CEO of Penrose Strategy, is a creative strategist with extensive experience working with AmeriCorps, collaborating with White House Senior Advisors, leading agency campaigns, and building national partnerships. His career spans St. Louis, New York City, Hong Kong, South Africa, Zambia, and Washington D.C., giving him a broad, international perspective.

Rafeeq combines creativity with strategic thinking, offering a unique approach to business development for creatives. His dedication to personal growth and creative expression is evident in his work and mentorship, including his involvement in a local mosque's spiritual development program for youth.

His background includes roles at the National Gallery of Art in Washington D.C., the fashion brand John Varvatos in New York City, and as a Peace Corps Volunteer in South Africa. These experiences have enriched his understanding of people, culture, and our shared stories.

With over four years of therapy, Rafeeq has gained valuable insights into himself, which he uses to better support his clients. This personal growth has given him the empathy and clarity to guide others in their creative and professional journeys. Outside of his professional work, Rafeeq focuses on personal growth and relaxation through outdoor activities, exercise, and prayer. He lives in the Washington D.C. area with his wife, Sarah, and their two cats, Chai and Missy.
